Yoshi - Roasted Sesame Oil
Sesame oil is synonymous with Asian cooking, in particular Chinese and Japanese. It's toasted, nutty, heady, highly aromatic flavour and aroma is the hallmark of authentic Asian cuisine. Great in stir fried dishes and sautéed vegetables such as broccoli, green beans, and asparagus. Delicious as a flavouring ingredient in Asian vinaigrettes, sparingly added to a neutral oil base along with rice wine vinegar; or as a flavouring for dips and mayonnaises.
