Shipping and Returns
STORE PICKUP - 722-11 Avenue SW, Calgary
Curbside pick-up is available Monday through Saturday .An email will also be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Your order will generally be ready within 1 hour if placed during store hours, otherwise upon opening the next business day. Store pickup is free.
LOCAL DELIVERY - Calgary
Deliveries must be within our Calgary delivery zone. Courier delivery is free for orders over $150, Orders placed by 2pm on delivery days will be delivered the same day. Deliveries occur between 3pm & 8pm and employ a local courier. You will not receive a tracking number for local delivery. Please ensure the recipient is available to receive the delivery on the selected date between 3pm & 8pm. Orders requiring re-delivery due to the recipient not being available to receive the package may be subject to a re-delivery fee.
SHIPPING - Calgary (Outside Of Delivery Zone)
Orders placed by customers located outside of the Calgary delivery zone are generally shipped within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) using Canada Post.
SHIPPING - Rest Of Canada
Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) using Canada Post. Canada Post's delivery standard is 2 - 7 days, but they report delays are occurring.
RETURNS
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit or a different product,
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
