Murray River Gourmet - Salt Flakes

Murry River salt is a sought after pantry delight. It has residual minerals from the salt beds which gives it a slight mineral taste and the distinctive pink colour. Use as a garnishing salt, as you would Maldon Salt for a bit of a twist.
