Matiz - Piparras

A traditional peppers from northern Spain, Piparra peppers are a funky slender shape, and when pickled they have a surprising crunch but delicate skin and no hot characteristics. A fun addition to charcuterie or cheese platters. They are an easy tapas creation when speared together with a briny olive.
