Our honey is delicate and floral, an expression of our Albertan spring and summer blossoms. It's raw, unpasteurized and unfiltered.  Uncompromised it is, real honey straight from the hive to the jar to you. Honey will naturally crystallize overtime. Place  the jar on a warm surface or in a warm water bath to liquefy it.
