Our new favourite vinegar! Truly a workhouse of flavour. The kalamansi is a citrus fruit is native to Asia. It has the appearance of a tangerine and the taste of lime, lemon, grapefruit -- all things citrus together. Like limes, this fruit is picked and used when unripe. This citrus vinaigrette is delicious over fish or with any dressing for salads and vegetables. Truly a highlight of your pantry.
