Masseria Dauna - Peeled Tomatoes

The Masseria Dauna is a farm run by a group of 14 women. The tomatoes are handpicked and  produced using a technique ‘Arid culture’ (tomatoes are not watered) so the tomatoes absorb all the nutrients from the soil. Tomatoes are harvested and processed the same day.
