Kin + Pod is a Calgary chocolate maker dedicated to making exceptional chocolate from bean to bar. The chocolate is made from small family cocoa farmers in Mexico and Columbia in very small batches allowing for great attention to detail and attention to taste! They have received International Chocolate Awards multiple years running. Dark chocolate and coffee are a perfect match. A doubly local product -- local coffee roasters Rosso espresso was used. So good!
