New York Shuk - Preserved Lemon BBQ

Inspired by the the bright & sunny flavours of the Mediterranean, this sauce is great with grilled fish, seafood, vegetables, and anything that pairs with zesty lemon flavours. Made from nothing more than salt-preserved lemons, honey, olive oil, and turmeric, it is by no means a “traditional” barbecue sauce. But it brings the flavours of the Mediterranean to the grill.
