The Eddington Banneton is a traditional bread dough rising basket also known as a brotform. You set the dough in the basket while it rises. As the dough rises the basket leaves an imprint around it like rings so you get the look of artisan bread. It retains and absorbs warmth, while also providing a consistent shape and texture to ensure the formation of a healthy crust by controlling moisture conditions on the surface of the dough. Holds 1 Kg of dough. Made from 100% natural cane and are secured with stainless rust-free pins.
