Opies - Stem Ginger

The finest young stem ginger is carefully preserved it in sugar syrup. Ideal as a dessert with ice cream, use it in cakes and cookies or add to some rhubarb for added zing. A treat added to savoury dishes as well or just eat out of the jar.
