The Wooden Spoon Preserving Co. is a family business that was established 40 years ago, just next to the picturesque village of Wye in Kent. From then, until today, the goal has always been to produce a unique range of both traditional and more contemporary preserves using the very best natural ingredients. All of the wonderful fruit that goes into their preserves is grown in the UK and every batch is small production using ingredients in season.
