Acetaia Bellei - Aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena - Green Label

Green label is a vinegar of medium-low density: 1.18.

The harmony of flavours that distinguishes it derives from a refining in oak barrels which allows the vinegar to mature and reach its full flavour and lose the most penetrating top notes.

The color is deep brown, of excellent transparency and brightness. The aroma is distinctly acid, without being too pungent. Notes of wood and fruit are well perceivable, the body and the roundness of the product are great and its light density allows a longer permanence in the mouth.
