Located in Fernie, this small artisanal company is passionate about creating a high quality, full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon vinegar. Their vinegars are produced in French oak barrels using time-honoured traditions. The slow 3 year process allows all the flavour and bouquet of the Cabernet Sauvignon to be retained. And no self respecting pantry should be without a full bodied red wine vinegar! One of the best we have tasted.
