Pacifica Culinaria - Coastal Lemon Avocado Oil

Avocado oil is a unique oil -- it is high in monounsaturated fats with a high smoke point, creating a versatile, delicious, healthy oil. It has a light and silky texture, alone it creates a buttery flavour that we crave from avocados but add lemon and you have a delicious, powerhouse of flavour in your pantry.

We love it for the usual -- vinaigrettes -- but we find ourselves reaching for it a drizzle on meats fresh off the grill or garnishing a pasta dish. But don't forget that you can sear with this oil.
