24K - Tellicherry Peppercorns
You can't go wrong with these hand-picked and sun-dried whole black pepper grown from an area renowned for growing the world's finest pepper! Tellicherry peppercorns have a hotter, more aromatic, 'peppery' flavour than generic black peppercorns. They are excellent cracked in Sauce Mignonette for fresh oysters on the half shell, or to crust a steak. In a grinder, they make an exceptional finish for pan-roasted potatoes or a homemade Caesar salad. Black Peppercorns are lovely in mulled red wine or as a garnish ground on a Bloody Mary.
